What is here? Why Spring of course. A bit late… but who cares?
A Cardinal
Vinca
Snowdrops- I suppose these are the true harbingers…but the cardinal was so red against the green…
A Daffodil… I’ve not ever seen one grow straight up, there were several in this naturalized bed.
An old old truck that I found while out looking for blooms.
Pastoral… country setting
Tree blooms, so small that the generally go unnoticed, but the pollen is noticed by many!!!

Oh yeah!!! Lovely photos, as usual!!! It's warmer here too, but other than the Robins,, no visual clues yet. Of course, it doesn't help that I haven't been doing much walking, but it won't be long. They have pansies in the Garden Centre. Does that count?
ReplyDeleteAs always - stunning pics!! Like the last the most cause it's incredible sharpness.
ReplyDeleteI (and the neighbor) have snowdrops, crocuses, on daffodil and some blue/lilac things in my lawn. The two tree peonies have large shots and you can see the buds starting to emerge :)
You are ahead of us since my daffodils are still buds but I did see buds on the Forsythia bush and hadn't seen them 2 days ago.
